It's Never Too Late to Begin Again!
Back in 2017, I started the Never Too Late Study Group to give readers of my blog, LaterBloom.com, an online "salon" to discuss It’s Never Too Late to Begin Again: Discovering Creativity and Meaning at Midlife and Beyond by Julia Cameron.
It’s Never Too Late to Begin Again is actually Julia Cameron’s version of The Artist’s Way for people at "midlife and beyond." It follows the same format. But she augments her famous creativity tools, Morning Pages and Artist’s Dates, with something new—Memoir Writing Prompts.
And our generation should be writing memoirs, if not for publication then for our own descendants. All knowledge is precious. So if you've been thinking about it, Julia has created an easy way to start. And I've provided a workbook with all Julia's prompts to guide you. She’s incredibly generous with her work, and I only ask that you support her by buying her books.
Do you absolutely need to buy It's Never Too Late to Begin Again to do this study, especially if you're short on cash or familiar with The Artist's Way? You can get by without it, but you would miss the rich tapestry of stories Julie weaves through her work. I only outline the basics.
You can find It’s Never Too Late To Begin Again at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Indie Bound, at the library, or at your local bookstore.
And if you’re unfamiliar with Julia Cameron's work, no worries! Everything will be explained along the way.
